Até o momento, pelo que me lembro, a única música cuja letra é apresentada nos livros da Canção de Gelo e Fogo, de George R. R. Martin, que foi ao ar na série "A Game of Thrones" foi "The Rains of Castamere", também conhecida como "A Canção dos Lannisters.
Segundo o livro, ela foi composta após a vitória do jovem Tywin Lannister sobre os Reynes de Castamere, uma casa menor, vassalos dos Lannisters, que acabaram se rebelando contra Titos Lannister, pai de Tywin. Tywin os atacou e dizimou para sempre sua linhagem. Inclusive, a música faz um trocadilho com "Rains" e "Reynes".

"O Urso e a Donzela Loura" (tradução livre) é uma canção tradicional amplamente conhecida nos Sete Reinos. Conta a história de um urso que vai a uma feira e se apaixona por uma donzela. Tom Sete Cordas canta essa música junto a Torta Quente.
Gentle Mother, Font of Mercy
"Mãe Gentil, Fonte de Misericórdia" é um hino à faceta Mãe da Fé dos Sete. Sansa Stark canta essa música durante a Batalha de Blackwater.
The Dornishman's Wife
"A Esposa do Homem de Dorne" é uma canção sobre um homem que dormiu com a esposa de um homem de Dorne, mas morreu de ferimentos recebidos em um duelo com o marido traído e considerou isso uma troca justa. Essa música é cantada por Mance Rayder, o Rei Além da Muralha.

It is a traditional song widely known in the Seven Kingdoms. It tells the story of a bear who goes to a fair and falls in love with a maiden. Tom Seven Strings sings this song with Hot Pie.
Gentle Mother, Font of Mercy
"It is a hymn to the Mother aspect of the Faith of the Seven. Sansa Stark sings this song during the Battle of Blackwater.
The Dornishman's Wife
It is a song about a man who slept with the wife of a Dornishman, but died from injuries received in a duel with her betrayed husband and considered it a fair trade. This song is sung by Mance Rayder, the King Beyond the Wall.
